How requests are used
Requests are stored privately in our WordPress database for administrators to review and respond to your project inquiry. A notification containing your submitted details is also sent to our configured email address. Requests are not displayed on public pages.
Hosting, email, and spam protection
Our website host and email providers process information to operate these services. The form uses a temporary hashed connection identifier to limit repeated submissions. This theme does not add advertising or analytics tracking; other site plugins and services may have their own data practices.
Retention and your choices
Requests remain until the site operator removes them. No automatic retention period is configured. Use the contact page to request access, correction, or deletion of a quote request. We may need to verify your identity. Copies in email and backups may need separate removal.
